With another National lockdown underway and Christmas round the corner, unanticipated motoring costs are something we could all do without. However, with the cold weather expected over the coming months, driving conditions are much more treacherous and therefore it is essential that your vehicle is maintained for you and your family’s safety.

National are offering a Payment Assist plan to help customers spread the cost over a few months.

At the beginning of the COVID-19 pandemic the payment assist plan was extended from 3 months to 6 months giving customers a longer time frame to pay for parts and repairs for their cars. The extended terms are still applicable today and with 90% of customers saying Payment Assist was the overriding reason all quoted work was completed, the extension helps ease those financial burdens.

With around 32% of motorists admitting to putting off their car service due to financial difficulties, the payment plan is the perfect solution. Payment Assist allows motorists to spend between £250 and £1,000 to qualify. Paying 6 equal payments in total, with the first payment due on the day of the work being carried out. This enables motorists to get their vehicles repaired when they would have otherwise had difficulty paying for unexpected work.

Setting up a payment plan is quick and easy. NO lengthy unnecessary form filling, NO credit checks, NO interest to pay on the goods and services and NO fees - you pay just the value of the invoice across a 6 month period.
