Greatly impressed by all staff, Gary & Dean were were helpful and accommodating and Gary informed me my MOT was due which I didn't realise, and even got me a free MOT. Roishin in Marketing was awesome too in helping me get the discount code email within minutes, another great job, thank you National Tyres!!!

A really helpful team (Gary in particular at branch 805 - Stockton on Tees) Did everything they could to ensure I ended up driving away with new tyres. I had left the branch as Enterprise had not authorised the tyres. Halfway home Gary rang me and said they had been authorised and did I want to come back, he knew I had time constraints for the rest of the week. Needless to say I went back and had the tyres fitted. I was impressed that Gary took the initiative and rang me back.

This was my second visit to this branch in Stockton and the fact that I returned means I was happy with the first visit.

On arrival,we were met by the M.O.T.tester(Graham Piggford)who was most welcoming and who asked if we wanted to stay and wait or had we other plans as the operation would be approx,1 hour.On our return we entered the office and met by Dean Middlemiss who was very nice and who gave us details about the result and spoke about any future work that would need to be done.He was proficient.

The price was competitive, the online site was helpful and easy to use, the staff at the branch in Stockton were very helpful and frendley.

Found a screw in my tyre on a Sunday afternoon. Went to your Portrack Stockton branch and was seen by Dean. He gave some really good safety advice and he was very professional and completed the job very quickly.He is an asset to your company

- speed of service - astonishingly good (didn't have chance to read the magazine I was enjoying!) -clear, polite, relevent information at all times. No irrelevent information -friendly -kept updated on progress -item needed was in stock - context of situation - I had not booked, emergency situation. They dealt with this without breaking stride despite the fact they were clearly already very busy - I think the two people dealing with my problem were Darren and Dean? - please pass on my thanks for the best service I have ever had related to my cars over the years

On taking my vehicle for an mot test,I was greeted by a pleasent manager who took my details and then passed me onto his mature experienced mot tester and his young assistant.I observed from the viewing area a very professional service from them making sure that my pristine car was well looked after using seat covers and floor mats. 5 star service,well done.
I never complete feedback or surveys until last year when I visited National Tyres. I could not ignore how good the service was and so emailed your head office. They deserve the score of ten!

The service I received today was excellent
The prices are decent and ths staff are much improved compared to previous visits. The management are currently exellent and I will defintely be going back.
Excellent customer service by all staff especially a fitter called Connor Bide
Good efficient friendly service, and good tyre price. It would have scored 10 except the tyre pressures were not correct. On the VW transporter the manufacture's specified pressure for front tyre is 55, but the workshop put in 48. I tested them with an accurate gauge the following morning after only travelling 5 miles.

Very quick to fit tyres
As I entered the branch I was happily greeted by a young man who was very polite and well spoken. I then told him what it was I required and he very kindly checked my tyres over to make sure they are all legal and safe. I got told I needed two tyres which I thought I did anyways. But as he told me what I needed it gave me more trust in this colleague. He took me to the reception and kindly held the door open for me as I entered the warm clean reception. He gave me a few choices of brands and prices prices. Also told me about the UK tyre labeling which I didn't know about at the time. All in all the greeting I received from Connor and the welcoming into the reception which I have never received before. I will be returning Thankyou

The Staff. I have recently taken my car for an MOT at the Stockton branch and I was immediately greeted by Connor who was polite and advised me who to see etc to proceed with handing over my car for the MOT. My MOT was conducted by Graham Piggford and what a great guy he is. My car was very untidy as it had just completed a large international trip a few hours prior but being professional and helpful he advised this was no problem and continued to conduct a fair, efficient and proper MOT of my car. Graham really was a friendly and helpful person to speak to and made my visit to National great. Staff like this is why I will remain loyal to your company as I know I am getting great service and value for money. On this occasion my car failed it's MOT but due to the staff being honest and knowledgeable I am confident this is 100% correct and I will have the vehicle brought up to standard via the detailed report received. How many companies receive positive feedback for a failed MOT? This should be an indication of the great staff in this store. Wishing you guys all the best.

Pleasant, efficient staff with a clean environment for waiting while the work was carried out.
Friendly member of staff took time to examine my wheels before removing to make sure they were undamaged and then explained why he was checking. he then took great care when fitting the tyres making sure he did not damage my wheels and when finished asked me to return after about 100 miles so he could make sure the wheel bolts remained tight. First class job at a good price it really doesn't get much better ! I would be happy to recommend National Tyres to anybody !

The service and attention given by John Adamson and other staff at the Stockton-on-Tess depot is superb. You should be proud of such dedicated people. Nothing is too much for them and they strive to help all the time. I will be back to have new tyres fitted to my motorhome.
