at last! a garage that will order the parts in time for my arrival so that I do not have to wait for hours for the Motor Factors to deliver for a 30 minute job.
Customer service was excellent. Came in for an MOT. Things it failed on, the manager showed me how to service and look after it in the future. However, some replacement parts were very over priced. Hence the 8.

Also noted a no pressure attitude towards customers, being honest came over much better than a quick sell etc.

Great service. Helpful and friendly staff particularly mention Adam and George who explained everything thoroughly to me.
My son had a puncture in his rear passenger side tyre. He works in Leicester so I had to take him to work. I conatcted the 4 St Georges Est branch at Derby to see if they could get a replacement tyre the same day as he was going to the Lake District for a short break the next day. Within a couple of hours of me contacting them it was all sorted. I was very impressed with Tony and al his staff

They always explain in plain English what work needs doing and sometimes show you on your vehicle or computer and give you a fair price and there's always plenty of offers available, they don't try and get you to have unnecessary work done to boost profits

Can't fault our local National tyres garage and staff...
Sensible analysis at MoT re warped brake disc, giving assymmetric braking readout, prompt (20 minutes) accessing of replacement axle set of discs and pads. Fitting, partial retest and pass: total time 2hrs 30 minutes. Score would have been 10/10 but emissions printout printer was virtually devoid of ink and is almost illegible.

The sheer professionalism shown on 28 April 2015 regarding fitting an axle set of tyres, brake discs and pads to my Volvo V40, 04reg. A very smooth cooperation between tyre fitters, balancers (all four); obtaining discs and pads within 20 minutes once the need was demonstrated; tracking was actually withiin limits despite acute inner tread wear on both Avon ZV5 87W. All without any sense of disorganised rush. Only regret was my not suggesting the Avon rep be shown for his comments during his next call at Derby Branch...
Everything was ok, even if I had to wait long time. Also, they've been so busy, phone ringing every 3 minutes...

My car had a faulty exhaust and the local A.T.S that I had used for years had closed. I thought that I would try another local garage that I could hopefully have a good relationship with and went to "SELECTA TYRES" in Ripley in Derbyshire. They said that I needed two parts of my exhaust replaced and would cost £426, I decided to go to "NATIONAL TYRES AND AUTOCARE" in Derby (DE21 6AQ) for a quote and was told that only one part of my exhaust needed replacing and was quoted £180. I told your mechanic Anthony Parejo (Tony) that I would like him to fit the exhaust, which he did and I am very happy with the results. Because of this experience I will now continue to go to your Derby depot for my future motoring needs. Tony explained everything to me by showing me which part needed replacing and how long it would take e.t.c. and I was impressed by his professionalism.
