I had a puncture on a Saturday night and first thing on Sunday morning (prior to opening time), I went to two branches of ‘another major tyre’ retailer, to be told that they were already fully booked and were unwilling to help me out (leaving me to run with a puncture for at least 24 hours and no spare tyre - thanks to modern cheapness from car manufacturers). I went to the National branch near me and was welcomed and seen within 15 mins. The problem was fixed in great time. Let’s just say that I have changed my tyre supplier from now on.

I always find your staff helpful and efficient, and do their best to do the repair quickly. The price is usually competitive too.
I have used your company 5 times over the past 4 years. I use the branch on the roundabout of Langside monument which is very close to my home. On three of the 5 occasions, my tire has been fixed at no cost to myself at all. On two occasions, I needed to have a tire repaired or replaced, on these occasions the price was reasonable and the work was done very quickly while i waited. The customer service is second to none, the guys are friendly, work fast, and i've actually almost had an argument with one young guy because he refused to take a tip for really helping me out in an emergency. Seriously lovely blokes and if this reaches them i really want to say thanks for taking some major stress right out the way!

I had my previous exhaust replaced in October 2011, and a few weeks ago it started to become noisy. I took it to Battle Place branch (G42 9TU) and was told the exhaust needed replaced; however, there was an issue where the exhaust attached at the front to the Cat Convertor. STEVEN PARKER was dealing with me, and he explained that it might not be possible to separate the old exhaust from the Cat Convertor, which would entail me also replacing the Cat Convertor (around £600!). However, after spending some time working on it, he was able to separate the two. An unscrupulous worker may have simply said the Cat Convertor needed replaced (to "get the sale"), but Steven was extremely honest and put a lot of time and effort in to helping me.

We had excellent customer service. We were notified of an oil leak at the time the tyres were being installed. Had this not been spotted by your engineers, we would have unaware that there was an issue. Lucky for us it was a simple fix and cost was minimal. Also the price match was what made us decide to give National Tyres a chance.
Just visited your Battlefield branch in Glasgow for the umpteenth time in 17 years and had the usual prompt no nonsense service from Kevin and his staff. Matched my budget expectations for a complete set of tyres and tracking check and adjust whilst providing tyres from a relaible manufacturer. A fast friendly professional no nonsense service - as I'm an engineer myself, nonsense is not appreciated but the friendly banter is.
