I needed rear discs and pads replacing as a matter of urgency on Friday 26th Oct. The other companies I visited said they would not able to do it that day. The National Shrewsbury branch, despite being understaffed (1 temp Manager and 1 Fitter) said they would be able do it if brought the car back later in in the day which I did. Despite being visibly under pressure, they completed the job whilst maintaining a professional, calm and cheerful desmeanor throughout. Although the job took a bit longer than anticipated (for which they aplogised a number of times!) I have nothing but praise for the "can-do" and helpful attititude of your staff.

Very accommodating and helpful, after a tyre blow out we rang up and managed to get sorted even though we got there at 3:45pm and they closed at 4pm, we were in the middle of a long journey and would of otherwise had to of get a recovery back home and miss work tomorrow to sort it. Adam was very helpful and told us we also needed 2 other new tires to keep the car safe and despite the time he didn’t mind staying later to sort them. He also checked our brakes. We got to carry on with our journey with piece of mind that our car was safe.

Friendly, courteous staff, who recognised me from previous visits. Martin Forbes called me across to see that brake pads were badly worn, he had noticed this whilst checking the tracking. I advised him that I had little time for brake pad renewal but he sorted it all out really quickly and I was away from the branch within an hour. He even made me a cup of tea as I waited!

Chris changed two tyres & Wheel alignment and was extremely helpful and courteous giving me lots of good advice to prevent the tyre wear from happening again. Will definitely use National again.
I came in for a pre-arranged exhaust inspection. The person in charge (Ian Brooke i think) was working his socks off while covering for an absent fitter that day. Some how he managed to be fitting tyres and attending customer enquiries, you need to hold on to this guy, I have not come across many like him.

Retuning from a camping trip in mid wales with a fully loaded car and three impatient kids got a flat tyre and pulled into National Tyres Shrewsbury where one of your employees, Ian on seeing our predicament got me straight in my tyre was changed and not only that but the cause of the flat tyre identified and rectified in well under an hour we were back on the road home. Please pass on my thanks to Ian at your Shrewsbury branch. What he did for us was in my opinion above and beyond what I could reasonably have expected. Well done. Also a range or reasonably priced tyres were available. All this with the hindrance of scaffolding towers and painters around work place and having to be worked around.
