Being female I took my dad along with me as I had previously been elsewhere and they hadn’t taken my issues seriously but It turned out I didn’t need to as the guys working on Sunday 19th aug at the Coalville branch were really friendly and helpful along with being very knowledgeable. They sorted my problems out really quickly! Can’t thank them enough for 1) changing my tyres quickly and then finding out why my car was making a noise and getting the part ordered to get it fixed and 2) not making me feel a fool when explaining my car was making a funny noise!

Exceptionally helpful staff at the Coventry branch. I took my car in for its MOT and there was work to be done (as I expected was the case). The staff took their time to explain the options available to me and how to proceed. The work was done as described and on-time, and within the quote I had been given. They even took my keys from me well before they officially opened their doors to allow me to get to work when their staff arrived to open up. Additionally, they fixed my boot which would not open and which two other garages have told me could not be fixed! Excellent service, many thanks. I will be back (but not too soon hopefully!)

Within a few of calling the garage regarding my issue with my car, they had me booked in and could go over straight away. They completed the work dead on the time they said (which was very quick) and their customer service was brilliant. Everyone was polite and happy to help.

Having found that the metal strap around the exhaust of my Citroen C2 had corroded which left the exhaust rattling I phoned National around 9.30am on 01/08/12 to find out the repair cost. Two hours later I was back at home and the job was done. I was satisfied with the price which included the 10% online exhaust voucher and the workmanship. A special mention of the staff who were very friendly and efficient. Thanks National Coalville, a job well done.
