Ryan was very helpful when I ordered the tyres, and was able to book me in for the following morning, which was great. I arrived at the allotted time, and the new tyres and alignment were done while I waited. After his check, Jacob confirmed with me that the alignment needed doing before getting underway. An all round good experience.

A lot of people believe that fast fit garages will attempt to misinform you that work is required on your vehicle that is not really required. My local branch is really helpful, informative and only recommend work that is needed. Nothing is too much trouble.

I have only used national tyres once and the service was excellent I just have a slight concern more about the overall image of large chains like national tyres as being more likely to try and sell you stuff you don't need but I will add this wasn't the case on my visit all the things ticked below are a positive apart from other which refers to how I perceive the company

I thought I was well treated by the staff who attended me both when I made an initial phone call enquiry and at the service centre even though they were rushed off their feet. They presented a polite and friendly atmosphere I was even offered a tea or coffee.

The gave me a very good price. Also gave my car a full safety check after I had a service elsewhere which highlighted work of over £600 needed doing, Stephen and his team checked the areas of concern and advised the work didn't need doing , they could of said it needed doing but didnt saving me £600, very fair in this day and age of getting ripped off.
