The process of booking an appointment was very easy and the customer service was very good, however the tyres that I thought to have been really good quality received a puncture after only 6 months of purchase which prevents me from giving a higher rating my overall experience to recommend to others.

there was only one person answering phones, dealing with customer queries so we had to wait 15-20 minutes to be seen to. Fortunately he was very polite and courteous as was the mechanic who carried out the MOT on my car.
