Had a problem with my brakes and my usual garage couldn't fit me in for a couple of days. So I popped in on the off chance to see if they could fit me in. Spoke to Jason and he was brilliant, gave my car a quick inspection and managed to fit me in later that day. Came back and he sorted it out and charged a very reasonable price. I will definitely be using them again in the future. Well done Jason, you are a credit to the company.

This is the first time I have used National and I was very pleased with the level of service at reception.He was polite and pleasant and very knowledgeable.The waiting area was clean and had plenty of reading material. The only thing to read in the waiting room was a very old copy of the Sun. But I had my phone so wasn't too bothered. No complaints about the service, and I like the idea of booking my slot on line and paying for the tyres on line as well.

The weather was awful! I was dealt with on the spot , got my choice of tyre, balanced and fitted in no time .the fitters were in good humour even though there was snow blowing into the fittin bay!

The branch that I have used for three or four years (Grimsby) are excellent because of their attention to detail, pricing is competitive, and the work carried out is to a high standard. The terms and conditions in the guarantee card provided with each tyre purchase are straightforward, honest and they make you feel that should there be a problem it will be resolved without question. The humour of all the lads at Grimsby is superb too! A joy to visit them when making an an expensive purchase of tyres-they are motorists too so they understand how customers feel and work hard to make each visit satisfying.

The service I received from Mike was excellent. He was very thorough and tried to get me the best deals on my tyres. I also had to go back a few days later as one of my tyres had gone down and he immediately checked it over and put a new valve in.

So thorough in fact that he identified a very dangerous failed rear wheel bearing thus preventing a potentially nasty situation which could have resulted in serious injury or worse. Although we bought tyres on this visit, on a previous visit, they swopped two tyres round to alleviate a strange noise. It worked, and we weren't charged anything. That's why we had an MOT done, and we will most likely buy two new tyres in the near future.

I rang a number of places, and the impression given on the phone was professional. The tyres were in stock and the staff member seemed keen to have my custom, and was chatty and friendly. He was also willing to barter a little and offer me a discount to secure the sale. He was friendly without it appearing forced. My car was worked on straight away, and the work was done in the time that was quoted. I have no complaints whatsoever.
