Top marks for a good team at Portsmouth branch. I recently have started using national tyres at your Portsmouth branch. Glad to see the people are still there that have always treated me well. I was greeted by Cameron and asked if he could check my tyres (whilst on a lunch break) I could see they were very busy and him and Richard took care of my needs getting on the road in my lunch break, I settled for 3 new tyres as they told me one more tyre had at least 3000miles left a professional branch they do not try to rip you off! Both gentleman are a credit to your branch and can see them going a long way in the future! They also price match locally and are competive with other fast fit garages locally! Thanks.

Workmanship at its finest. Popped in to my local national tyres we're I could see they were very busy! (That busy I had to come round the back) the young lad in charge Callum or Cameron took the time to inspect my tyres despite being very very busy, and explained about which tyres he has and showed me the tyre diffences and quality. Top marks for a busy branch and a credit to the company. Big thank you to Christopher Radford that asisted in helping.

Excellent customer service given by both Cameron west and Richard Clarke, they told me which tyres would be better for me and made sure I got the best price possible! I had 2 new tyres and was back on the road within the hour. Both Cameron and rich are a credit to the branch and I will definitely be coming back as I received such great customer service! Great lads and a pleasure to deal with.
Quick at doing the work Cameron and Richard the (mangers) are so very helpful and couldn't of faulted the customer service they have given me. After being messed around at certain garages I now use national tyres as my garage! Can't fault those lads. Happily recommend them 100% to everyone!
I first took my car a (Hyundai i10 which was 10 months old) to the Portsmouth branch after booking it into the Hyundai dealership for its 2nd annual service which was on a 5 year service plan,while it was in for its service they carried out PRE-MOT and found a few things that needed doing and the price for the mot and work was quite high from the dealer ,so I booked the car into national tyres which was offering half price mot , they Found exactly the same amount of work as the Hyundai dealership ,and a half price mot ,so that proved to me that they are trustworthy,and since then I have taken another car there as well
By far the best company I've dealt with for my tyres so far. I was greeted with a smiley hello and went on to recommending to me 3 new tyres for my wife's car without any pressure on spending more money for top of the range tyres, He gave me the advantages of some tyres and their deals. The staff member was polite friendly and helpful, defiantly felt my wife's car was in great hands. Name on my invoice is Cameron West so would like to say a big thank you.
The staff are extremely helpful and they try and give you the best possible deal. They keep you informed when doing repairs and I have always found their work is excellent. They are polite and not too friendly as I have often found that some garage owners try and be your best friend and I am always wary of these people. I would specifically recommend Cameron who is excellent with customers and is very efficient and knows what he is doing.
Without doubt Richard and his team at your Portsmouth branch provide a highly polished and professional service. Over the last few months that I have been using the branch, the team have been nothing but honest and helpful.

Had all tyres removed, for wheel powder-coating before 3 original tyres refitted and 2 new tyres fitted, (3 weeks later). Willingness to do something over a long time and care taken in refitting tyres.

The outstanding service from the staff today. Namely - Cameron West. I initially enquired about a puncture. Cameron took an interest in ensuring I try to stay on the road safely. Good laid back attitude, enough eye-contact and knowledgable comments gave me confidence to have the work needed undertaken by Cameron.

Basically I don't understand why there was 3 guys at the branch and I am the only customer waiting ? Why do they not work on my car together so I can get out quicker than the time they say when I arrived (1.5 hours after arriving when 45 mins was quoted ?) there was others working on cars where customer had dropped in the day before ? So if they are not there why are they working on there cars and there is me waiting for ages in the dirty waiting room

There was a very cheerful welcome. The MOT took under an hour. It would have failed because the hooter was not working. The mechanic fixed the fault (some corroded part which he showed me, not just a blown fuse), passed the MOT, all at no extra charge. Wonderful service. Well done!
