First class service. Found a fault that a Kia dealership didn’t and said they couldn’t find anything wrong when I reported my car as too dangerous to drive. The tracking was 13 points out and an adjusting nut was loose!!

Called in whilst on the road for a diagnosis - unusual squeaking noise from undercarriage causing some me concern. Problem identified within 10 minutes (dangerously worn brake pads) despite the team being obviously very busy. Parts located and ordered very quickly (despite car being Honda Odyssey - japanese grey import) and fitted following morning. On the road again with safe and noise free car. Fantastic service, advice and execution, all for right price. Thank you Paul and team in Bishop's Stortford

On Friday 19th September I visited the Bishops Stortford branch, with a puncture. The staff were friendly and extremely helpful, as it was not a straight forward tyre change. They went above what they needed to do. Would highly recommend this branch and staff members….

After booking in for a second tyre as you do not stock mine I asked for 10.00 on the Monday, but when I booked in I was told I would be sorted in an hour and a half as there were people in front of me, so it seems pointless to arrange a time ?
I had a problem with my exhaust, I quickly ran into Kwik Fit, the men who worked there were rude and completely overcharged me. I came into National and was greeted by a lovely man, his name is Paul and he is the manager of the Bishop Stortford branch. He was friendly, welcoming and comforting and he showed me exactly what was wrong with my car and explained it all to me. I left the car there and he called me with a time to come to collect, the guys there spent 5 hours on my car and stayed past 7pm to help me even though the store closes at 6pm just so I could have my car to get me to work the next day. I'm not one usually to do feedback, but in this case I was 100% sure that I wanted you to know that Paul (the manager) of the Bishops Stortford branch and his team have been absolutely incredible today and couldn't of asked for better people and better customer service to help me with my car today. I really hope you thank the team.

The staff were friendly, professional and quick. The cost was explained to me before the work commenced. They estimated an hour's wait, so I left the car keys with them and came back an hour later. The work was almost complete. The technician showed me how my tracking was out and fixed it for me.

'Pom' The manager of the Bishops Stortford branch was incredibly helpful both on the phone before I arrived and in person. He explained the different tyres and minimum mileage and advised me of the best deals as well as asking questions to best understand my needs. The mechanic who fit my tyres and sorted the tracking was very poilte and extremely efficient.
Value for money, great really friendly service, and I dont come away thinking that my car is about to fall to bits as you do with some other tyre company.

They were pleasant and helpful to deal with when initially phoning for advice about my punctured tyre, then when arriving they fitted me in really quickly, didn't have to wait long before they'd sorted the problem, and the price of the bill at the end was nearly half what competitors were quoting !
