My only complaint is that the website would not allow me to select a date for a tyre purchase so I had to call the branch. I was able to head down and get the tyres done on the same day, however. Alex and Sam were great - they were pleasant and very helpful indeed. Less of a wait would have been good but they were busy, and I was able to get my tyres done that same day after calling the branch.

Richard was absolutely brilliant in sorting out the TPMS problem on my Hyundai i30. The problem was baffling but he stuck with it, god advice from elsewhere and wouldn't give up until it was sorted. The service was second to none. He kept me up to date by phone all the way through and fitted me quickly whenever I took the car in. I'd never used National before but I definitely will again.

After you fitted front brakes and disks I noticed next day that jacking point covers were missing. Only your company checked my brakes a day or two before and then carried out the work on14/6 /16 . In addition when first checking brakes I had to buy 4 nuts one for each wheel from the main dealers Blades of Quedgeley Gloucester. Sales invoice as you could not locate locking nut which was in fact there. Sales invoice for brakes 15042828 £167.20 . Cost of new covers will be £45.67 to paint £48 .00 =£93.67. Your people said there were no covers after they fitted brakes so they must have left them off after their first inspection! In addition to all this they ordered the wrong sized discs and I had to wait an extra 2 hours.

Both times I was extremely impressed by the same young man, named Luke, who was professional, knowledgeable, friendly, polite, thoroughly speedy & efficient yet diligent (even while manipulating heavy wheels etc) - all in all providing a remarkably impressive service. I rarely, if ever, write recommendations but he deserves one. I mentioned this service to one of my colleagues who, by great coincidence, had the same experience & described this same employee. No, I'm not related - just impressed! I should just add that his attitude to the two other staff members indicated that you have an excellent team working for you. Keep hold of them!
