I went in this morning to your Coventry Gosford street branch with a burst hose on my car. The hose is no longer manufactured. The staff inspected the car and made a bridge repair for me. At first i felt that i waw not welcomed and there was an atmosphere, i then thoughis it because of me, i was speaking to a guy called kevin and he was being very abrupt when speaking and when i waw asking a question he was not replying in a way i thought to be relevant. The work was done but it had taken a long time so i had to wait there as the company had ordered the wrong part which delyaed my whole day, i did not make an issue out of it and simple just wanted the job done and to leave as soom as possible. The fitters were good and said they have secured it well when i was making payment once the job had been done

Whenever I have had tyres fitted to my car (at other retailers), they never balance my wheels correctly. This was the first time that I have used National tyres, I took advantage of the Avon ZV5 promotion. After they had fitted my 4 tyres I took the car down the Bypass to check the wheel balance and found that they had been balanced correctly. At last someone who can balance wheels. I have since been back and had 2 tyres fitted to my daughters car
