I had the misfortune to have a coil spring break at home and called the branch at79 Milngavie rd Bearsden Glasgow. Darren answered my call and could not have been more helpful or reassuring that the work could be done. My car was towed there by the AA. And I was kept informed as to the cost and when I could collect my car by Thomas. I never give reviews like this, but having dealings with such kind honest genuine professional young men I have a need to let their bosses know. I have used this garage before for mots etc, and have found the employees there second to none, I do hope they could be rewarded in some way, I have been driving many years and would dread the thought of having to visit a garage, to be met with that supercilious way some mechanics have. Not a bit of it at this garage, and thankyou, I want to give the staff 20 out of 10!!!! And I DO recommend them to every one!

I was not wrong , not only did I get a receipt , an emissions & brake test printouts . I was given follow on advice. I have never had this before even from the Skoda dealership.

I arrived at the branch just before closing time, having driven from work with a flat tyre. I knew I needed a new tyre. I had a adiscussion with the staff, they checked if they had a tyre, and I was looking at returning the next morning. However they agreed to stay on and fit my tyre to save me having to go back in the morning because they knew I had a 9.15am appointment to keep. Many thanks to Danny and Davie

Newly opened branch and very convenient for people in my area. Staff very helpful and not pushy. Went in to arrange for brake pads.and was told exactly how much it would cost,and time it would take and asked when I would like it done. Explained what they would do and showed me why and why I would need brake discs. Although I know it is new the facilities were very clean ,spacious and bright and tidy.
