Put in my registration and selected tyres which were wrong size. 225.17 instead of 235.17. Realised mistake after paying for them and receiving online invoice. Contacted your office and ended up paying £32+ for different make but of the correct size. However your staff were excellent.

On arrival I askd how long it would be to fit my tyres and was informed 30 minutes. I went for breakfast and on my return it was job well done.

Site was quite easy to use, I went through the selections several times to ensure I got the correct tyres, and had already noted the current tyres on my Volvo. If I hadnt done this I would have made an error. But I thought the site was good and offered different ways to select the correct tyre for your vehicle, offering two different helplines for advice if I wasn't sure.
Unfortunately the tyres I ordered were later found to be unavailable till end february. I was phoned and offered a better tyre at the same price or a full refund. I opted for the tyres which were an excellent brand.
I would like to see in bold RED a notification to ask the customer to physically check their car tyre size as the recommended ones shown online may not be the same ones fitted to the customer's car. As in my case. This caused unnecessary waste of time,visiting my local tyre centre, petrol expenses getting there and coming back to ring up to have the tyre order changed and extra money due to the cost of the different size tyres.
To have the tyre shop helpline I had to call my local branch to obtain the telephone number. The operator who I eventually spoke to was very helpful. (Hence the 9 score)
On line ordering works well , but it does not tell me what's available when I. Enter the the tyre size . It needs to show the options and delivery times of close options ( eg variant in load rating).
On the whole, the process was clear and easy. If the customer has some additional work eg swapping or fitting another wheel, the system doesn't seem to cater for these "additional tasks", so the overall price cannot be determined straight away.
