Mike (processing) provided really clear guidance on issues and next steps with a friendly, customer focused attitude - very efficient and great personal communication skills. The wide range of deals offered on MOT, brakes, oil change etc as an existing Nat Tyre customer persuaded me to transfer custom from a local independent garage to National Tyres from this year's MOT and annual service.

From start to finish, the guys at the Vicars Cross, Chester branch were great. Went in to get a tyre checked out, not booked in. Marc sorted it out and some other bits there and then even though they were closing soon. He explained and showed us everything before doing the work.
Excellent Service. Recommended by RAC patrolman as could't take off punctured wheel as wheel locking key was damaged. He pumped up tyre sufficient to get to the garage, and I left with instructions to remove offending rear wheel, and replace both tyres on rear. I also asked for the original rear wheel nuts to be reinstated. David Tempest did say he couldn't guarantee to be able to remove the wheel but in fact he and/or Marc Gibson not only removed the wheels but also replaced the locking nuts on the front wheels too. Brilliant service, and I will definitely go back!

I received excellent support from Billy in the Chester branch. I called in advance and his advice was very clear, honest and helpful. I have limited understanding when it comes to vehicle maintenance so it was excellent to get an open and trustworthy appraisal of what was needed and the steps required. I then dropped into the branch and although they were very busy, Billy remembered our call and immediately took action to sort out the issue with my car. He gave me good guidance on pricing which helped expedite my decision making. I felt I did not need to spend hours shopping around for a slightly better deal (which is always the temptation) as the time gained from having the issue dealt with quickly more than compensated for any savings I might have found elsewhere.

For the ease of obtaining an appointment and the repairs I needed were fully explained and easily arranged to be undertaken.
They fit tyres ordered from my internet supplier.
I found the staff at the Vicars Cross shop very helpful and courteous, as well as giving me expert advice in a friendly manner. They also completed my work quickly and informed me of what was required prior to commencing.

An emergency replacement of a catalyst box not held in stock was obtained and fitted within 1 1/4hours the staff worked until after closing time to complete the job a small problem arising from this was fixed next day while I waited minutes only
