Danny the branch manager was absolutely brilliant! He was friendly and understanding. He helped us out with several problems and could not have been more accommodating. Our cars were looked after perfectly with only the necessary work being recommended. The branch was run smoothly with excellent attitude and commitment from all the staff. We were extremely Impressed and will only be using them to fix our cars in the future.

I arrived on the stroke of my allotted fitting slot to have 2 front tyres fitted and left 30 minutes later. I have never experienced such efficient service and salute the manager Chris for his prompt attention.

Got my oil (expensive fully synthetic grade) and filter changed for less money than it would have cost to do it myself (even with Halfords having 20% off the right oil at the time!). Service very efficient too.
I had my front tyres replaced on my car in November. They were very busy and they did it while I waited.

The work related to remedial work for an MOT failure. This was performed promptly and for a very fair price. My only concern relates to your discount vouchers which i will explain below.

Very good value and I feel that people are being truthful with me. The branch manager at Guildford, Kevin Hoare, is excellent and a pleasure to deal with. I am also impressed by how easily you obtain Nissan parts.
Staff are friendly, efficient, no-nonsense, alert and articulate. Many services are offered for free, and those that are charged for are cheap. Discount vouchers nearly always usable. Waiting time is always short.

good info on phone giving correct advice ref tyre type and correcting another suppliers comments. had to wait a full 3 mins(bit of irony there) at depot before punture not repairable confirmed and new tyre fitted even had the offending screw as a souvenir - and all this on a friday afternoon
