The staff are very knowledgeable and they showed me what needed to be done to enable my new exhaust to be fitted. I had some screws that had rusted but the manager managed to get them off. I was kept fully informed throughout my visit about how long it would take and considering the work the staff had to do I can only say that since I have used my local leyland branch for a few years now that I always get got advice and a professional service.

The team at Leyland were excellent. Nice group of lads. Very fast at the change out. It was a fleet vehicle so would've given a ten if I thought prices were more retail friendly.

Often find that some places are over pushy in sales and advice, but the team were very reassuring and I did not feel pressured to buy new tyres/cover etc. Fantastic service, I will definately be recommending this branch to my friends and family. Ordered my tyre online on a Monday morning and got it fitted the same day with excellent service by the engineers.
Customer service that I receive every time I visit from the staff really helpful,friendly and answer any queries I may have.

I went into the branch at leyland & asked him to check my tyres. He recommended 4 tyres ,but I declined & I asked him for a price for two tyrers to replace the two werst worn tyres that was on the back of the car. Then to put the two brand new tyres on the front of the car & the two front ones on the back. I then arrange with him that I would leave my car at 8.30am the next day and walk into work then return at lunch time 12pm to collect my car . I walked back to the leyland branch to collected my car at about 12.15pm & checked my car to make sure he had done what I had requested him to do, I went in to pay for the two tyres he then instructed & highlighted on the invoice that after 100 miles that I need to come back in to. Have my wheel nuts re-checked. I informed him that I will be back in on Monday Lunchtime(12pm).this is why I have given 10 out of 10 everything is going to plan with the help of National Tyres & Autocare

The job was done properly and the two above individuals who did the work were both friendly, professional and took the time to show and explain what was required, why and how it would be done.
