Battery fitted 12/08/16 £130 charged the same day GREEN FLAG had to be called out due to no start . The vehicle was taken to an authorized Nisson garage for repair, it was found the battery fitted by your branch was faulty .Another battery was fitted your branch was informed and was returned to them on the 19/08/16 with a reading why it had failed WILL YOU PLEASE INFORM WHEN I WILL RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND

Good, quick service, friendly and competent response to my problem, with no flashy technical jargon.
I only went in for a wobble on my steering but the store went above and beyond by noticing that my rear tyre was worn on the inside due to a camber problem which once they replaced the tyre did a full check and sorted out the problem. I had the car MOT done not that long ago so was surprised the amount of ware in such a short time and if they had not checked I dread to think what could have happened with regards to my safety and possible fines and points on my clean licence. Ty

I HAVE USED THE Cannock Branch for a number of year's and always found them to be very fair and professional.
Exceptioal service from the Cannock branch. Had new tyres and found had a wobble at speed. Cannock branch rebalanced with no charge fault now rectified.

The cannock branch has done a service and MOT and further diagnostics for me on my alpha romeo mito. They are all very polite, considerate and have really looked after my car They are never too busy to help me. I would recommend to anyone. a big thanks to all. you can always pop in with a problem, and booking car in is no problem too. they are all very flexible

I go to National as kwickfit are cheaper but normally the service there is terrible. The service I get at National Tyres is a good service. There are posters up in the waiting area stating that National Tyres use all the latest 'Bosch' equipment for checking the batteries accurately. When I questioned the lad checking my battery that the meter he was using wasn't a 'Bosch' meter he looked a little confused. I had to point out the poster in the waiting area (on the wall directly opposite the payment computer) so he was aware of it. The impression I got was, either the poster was wrong, in which case it is false advertising or, the 'Bosch' equipment was broken or not available to use. I doubt the latter as the young lad hadn't a clue what I was on about when questioned. So maybe the staff should be aware of the promotional posters? This isn't a complaint, I am just mentioning that something has gone wrong in the communication.
