I`ve been driving for 58 years and have had some shabby service from tyre/exhaust/MOT places in that time. I first used your branch on 17 December 2017 -on a Sunday - and was well impressed with the courtesy and efficiency, which is precisely why I returned today with a flat tyre. My experience was even better. Honest - the repair option was checked and chosen when others I suspect would have been straight for a sale: efficient - non-stop working including close guidance of a Work Experience assistant, but not too busy to speak to me. A refreshing example of excellent service at a totally reasonable charge.

I have used the branch at Stevenson Road, Edinburgh four times now, twice recently. On each occasion I have been impressed with the professional way the technicians have done the work, giving me clear advice, direct and understandable answers to my questions and without any time wasted in doing the work. I keep returning to National because the staff remembers me and always give me the best service possible. For example, I just bought a new (used) car on Saturday and decided when I got home that it needed new tyres. Although they were short-handed in the garage, they remembered me, knew I had a long drive back to Oban on Sunday for my work and slipped me in to the rotation. I appreciate that.
