I called the branch after 5pm as I needed to have a tyre replaced due to a 50 mile drive home - Lee was really helpful on the phone and when arriving at the branch I was even offered a coffee :) Great service from both Lee and Andy - and the guy who did the tyre change - didnt get his name - these guys are a credit to you even close to closing on a Friday night :)

Really nice guy. My car is situated in an inconvenient narrow back lane,undoubtedly the first in 12 years person not to moan about the location,it is a pain but I have to live here! So being met with a smile and job done in minutes.Ive only had my car a few months I recently had it serviced and mot which it passed so when he discovered one of the tyres was the wrong size I was disappointed with the garage I'd shelled out for but really thankful to him for his professionalism time and honesty.Lovely lad would definitely use this service again.

Could of been better if price had matched protyre in town. However it was still good job. He checked all my other tyres & told me my osr tyre was 12 years old. I already knew this anyway as I am familiar with the codes.

as a MOD customer we have to submit requests via Babcock and BT Fleet services. We have no direct contact initially with National Tyres, however once the request for tyres is placed with our contract service provider then National Tyres usually attend in a timely fashion once the product is available and the mobile unit contacts us to advise they are on their way etc.

Very pleased with the service at the Plymouth branch, the wait was minimal and everything was explained thoroughly. Customer service from James was Excellent and nothing was too much trouble, all the staff were friendly and approachable. The free 10 point safety check was also an added bonus and highlighted a couple things i need to take care of for my MOT. I will be using National again in the near future due to their prices and professionalism, thanks again James and team.

The person running the branch was very helpful, the guy actually changing the tyres and handed the car back was friendly, the tyres were changed quickly and we were told what else National could do for us.
