It is a good quality professional and friendly staff.
Job done with no fuss, very straightforward and polite staff. I had four new tyres, the only thing that did not give a perfect score was that the wheel nuts were not evenly torqued up.

Very polite staff but did not give 10 because of the system. There was a free tracking check but with the car still on the ramps when collecting it I suppose I could have refused to have had the tracking adjusted but felt pressured into having it done there and then at a cost of £29 (not told the cost and had to ask) instead of sourcing a cheaper outlet but thankfully £29 is around the average so all in all that's ok. Engine was also running when I arrived when it was on the ramps, could have been a few seconds or could have been ages because I said i would pick up "lunchtime" and did not give a specific time so if I arrived 30 minutes later would the engine have still been running?, fuel is not cheap nowadays. I understand the engine needs to be running for the power steering but maybe he saw me coming in the distance and started the car up in which case I'll give him the benefit of the doubt. He fully explained the tracking adjustment and showed me the results so I was fine with that.
