I was a woman in distress due to punctured tyre, arriving with AA man in tow , knowing nothing of what I needed. Jonathon Higginbottom and his colleague, at your Sheffield Moorfoot branch, were polite, supportive. Joking with me, just enough but not too much, helping me feel not too useless. Super customer service and so far, several hours later, my wheel and new tyre seem fine too.
