Mohammed was fantastic. I arrived at 5.35pm as the garage was preparing to close, with a suspected puncture. I needed the car repairing on the spot as i had an urgent drive ahead of me. Mohammed fixed it immediately, despite needing to clean the garage, and have me very sound, very appropriate advice. He was superb.

Arrived at Leeds branch with tyre flat to floor after blowout. Treated with courtesy by staff. They replaced tyre swiftly for a good price, & I was v relieved to be back on road in no time. Can highly recommend this branch, & as middle aged woman, they didn't make me feel stupid like certain autocare places sometimes still do!
Friendly service from all staff both times I've visited. Mick the branch manager was particularly lovely and made sure my car tyres were fitted quickly as I had my baby with me. He even filled a small hole in my exhaust when I mentioned I could do with a quote for replacement. Mohammaod was also highly professional and courteous on my initial visit.

I haven't used the Branch before so I called in to make an enquiry a few days ago, then returned today for new tyres. I was very impressed by the Staff. They took time to before, during and after the work to answer my questions and explain what I needed and didn't need. I will certainly return for any other work, and tell others of my good experience.
I was able to make an appointment very easily when convenient to me. The staff are most helpful. My husband will soon book his MOT too.

I was seen very quickly after arriving at 5.30pm and I was shown another tyre on my car that was also worn that I didn't know about. I appreciate that as I often don't trust garages when they don't show me the parts they are replacing.
2 punctures in 7 months! Sound advice; kept informed of progress of repair.

Was really happy with every aspect from calling to book the appointment, they got me in really quickly, didn't try to sell me loads of stuff I didn't need, which a lot of garages do. They gave me good advice, called me when the job was done, and charged a very competitive rate. Happy all round!

I received outstanding service. My car failed its MOT and I urgently needed to get work done and a retest so I could use it. Staff seemed to pull out all the stops to get this sorted for me. Although the work couldn't be fitted in at this branch soon enough, staff advised me to try other branches and the Bradford branch managed to do the work first thing this morning. The Sheepscar branch managed to fit my car in for a retest in the afternoon. I recently had a lot of work done at the Geldard Road branch too and they couldn't have been better (especially Neil). I am so impressed with all the staff at all three branches. All the branch staff I have met have been so friendly, helpful, courteous and professional. I couldn't have wished for better service. As I was waiting for my car's retest to be done I was surprised when another customer came in to complain about the customer service. She was complaining that the MOT tester had been rude to her when she had arrived 10 minutes late for an MOT test and brusquely taken the keys off her. As I had been about 3 minutes late owing to unexpected traffic the same MOT tester - T. Khan had promptly, though politely, asked for my keys which I gave, with an apology. I understand the MOT testing times are quite strict so I can understand the need for the tester to not waste time nevertheless T. Khan was very understanding and perfectly friendly and polite. I suspect the complaining lady had a similar experience to me though interpreted briskness for brusqueness. Her manner of complaining was very aggressive. She went behind the counter and was shouting, pointing and swearing at T.Khan and Ben(who was Manager that day)in a way that would have been difficult for anyone to deal with yet both staff remained calm and reasonable and should be commended for their professionalism.

National Tyres offer a great deal on oil changes, MOT's and tyres - so there is a financial incentive to recommend. However, on top of that the team at Scott Hall Road, Leeds are absolutely first class. I've sent friends and family to them since my first customer experience there, and everyone agrees that Scott Hall are brilliant!

From making the call about needing new Brake pads I found the staff very helpful and when I came to have them done it all went very smoothly, would highly recommend.
Both of the staff that dealt with were really helpful and friendly. They gave good advice and were cheerful.

I went to the branch in a state of panic but once there I was professionally helped out by Brad and Mick. The service was great and the price was right. If it wasn't for them my car wouldn't be back on the road. These two are a credit to National Tyres and I most certainly will be back to this Sheepscar branch in the future.
