The Redhill branch was very helpful. Unlike Hassocks which every time I have been are the most unhelpful with everything being a problem. I will always go to Redhill now.

My experience was truly customer orientated with cost not being the focus, but what was right for me and my situation. This ability to identify and treat each customer with dignity and as an individual was obviously embedded in the ethos of the Redhill garage. This experience was and is not unique - whilst waiting to collect my car I witnessed other customers receiving the same high quality care. Michael Bradley and Darren Wicker are a credit to National Tyres and I hope their loyalty and customer focus is acknowledged and appreciated by National Tyres. Thank you both!!

Really helpful staff - particularly Ben Hall and Michael Bradley. Even though I don't know much about tyres,Ben explained what needed doing very clearly, and didn't make me feel an idiot!! He also found me the best price.
Friendly and reasonable quick service. Brakes cost a lot but I did not really have a choice to go anywhere else with the wheels off. But service overall was very good.
