Took slightly longer than I expected but having had done what I did, in retrospect, I suppose the wait wasn’t too bad but was looked after by Sam very well.

Very friendly and prompt service. The car was put on the ramp and the fault found that needed a new part was discovered within minutes. The part was ordered and estimate given for the job to be done on following monday at 10a.m. Sam King supervised the job on the monday and it was completed on time and to my complete satisfaction. MANY THANKS TO SAM AND HIS TEAM.

I visited the Denton branch and was fitted in straight away. The tyres I wanted were ordered from the supplier but unfortunately we're delayed, although this was out of nationals control. When the tyres did arrive, they were fitted quickly. The whole thing took about an hour and a half which I thought was ok considering I had just turned up without a booked time slot!

I have used this centre in Denton once before, where there was 4 staff members. The staff have always been attentive and polite. When I went on the 9th March 2017 the centre was extremely busy. I asked for the manager Simon who I had previously spoken to on my first visit some months ago? I was informed that he was now working at another branch. I asked for Aaron who I had also spoken to arrange my MOT the previous day. He was on holiday. The centre previously had 4 staff and was now running with 2?! The lads were working flat out, the phone was constantly ringing, customers were coming in/going out, parts were being delivered, but even though they were under such pressure they were extremely polite, attentive to customers and acknowledged people who were even just enquiring. When they finished anything, they attended to the customer then immediately went back to there work and continued to update customers who were patiently waiting. They apologised for the delays and even when the phone went, it was not ringing long before they answered. They calmly answered the phone saying the company name and who they were. This was not done in a aggressive manor even though it was apparent they were working under extremely stressed circumstances. When I was leaving I thanked Mike who attended to me? I have usually gone to halfords in Glossop where I live, but have always found there prices increase, even though I go for one thing, they always tell me I need something else? With the Denton branch, I feel confident that when I previously visited some months ago my tyres were checked and I was informed they were legally ok. I was advised to keep my eye on them, but didn't feel pressurised into buying something, that wasn't needed? It has made me feel that national tyres at Denton, I can trust and feel good workman ship, attentive mechanics and their extreme politeness and no bad language, even though the pressure was on is commendable and I shall definitely inform people to go there in future! I will continue to go, but really feel Mike and the other lad working with him that I think was called Pete should be given a large pay bonus/reward and pat on the back. They didn't loose one single customer that day and the centre was bursting!! Everyone who came was spoken to in a professional and polite manner! Hats off to them I was very impressed and I hope you are able to reward them for this?!!! I really wanted you to know how hard they were working and to get help for them too! I look forward to my next visit probably to buy my tyres! But please thank the lads very much!

once again i visited yourdenton manchester branch, this time for tyre enquiry. the result was all the staff were more than interested in getting the right tyre for the mileage i do over a year. i am 79 years old and iwas treated with the upmost respect, the price was right,and i had them fitted right away. the place was emmaculate

Poor customer service.had 3 new tyres fitted.after 2500 miles front tyres were wearing significantly.took car back to be told it was my suspension at fault.this was checked & deemed to be fine.it was in fact the tracking that was out.your operative never even suggested this. So having spent£420 on the tyres it has now cost me £85 to have the alignment done.

This score is because i have always gone to this centre in denton,but since a Mr Steven Daughtry has been there i have told friends to go hear because steven listens to you and shows respect to the customer.since he has done jobs on my car even if i have had a little problem with it later he always tries to help,if it was not for him i think i would change where i get my car fixed,great person to have in this centre so dont ship him off to any other,kudos to you for having him in this centre.

I found a very helpful service when I called in the Denton branch for my tyres to be fitted only to find that they did not know anything about me. They contacted Tyre Shopper and sorted out what had gone wrong and called me on the day they came in so that I could have them fitted.

I recently visited the branch at Crown Point, Denton to get two new tyres. This is the third time I have visited this branch and have always been satisfied with the service received.
They ordered the part, called me when it was in, fixed it at short notice. Very easy, quick and straight forward. & friendly service.
I visited National Tyres in Denton with my car after taking my daughter there for tyres after a service advisory note.The service we received and the fact that they picked up on stuff that the service had missed was impressive enough, but today on attending with my vehicle I have been blown away by the level of courtesy and service you Denton team has provided.I honestly have not experienced this level of service before and its amazing. I have been a previous customer for tyres and always been extremely satisfied but its a revelation to experience the mechanical side of your operation. I shall be going back with and both my daughters will. Your honesty, professionalism, courtesy, respect and service aside from the mechanical work, speed, parts, and price cannot be bettered. At Denton branch your team cannot be bettered.They are EXCELLENT!

Went in with a punctured tyre & because of the visual check was made aware of not only the pads but the disc's as well. The price was a bit of a shock & I know I could have gone elsewhere cheaper, but STUART LEE did NOT push for me to buy from national tyres but suggested that it needed doing asap. And he even makes a good cup of coffee
