The member of staff who dealt with us was fantastic! Although extremely busy he took the time to source stock, and fit our repair, within a really quick time. We were truly grateful given the puncture happened on the road trip from Glasgow to Cardiff; with expected arrival before 8pm.

I had a puncture on a Sunday and there are not a lot of places open but National tyres is one, arrived at 10.30 and there were two people waiting, received apologies for the delay. My puncture was dealt with within 15 mins , very pleasant chap at reception and spare was reinstated and wiped clean, all for £19. Well done always use National tyres!

The branch I went to were so helpful and gave me great advice. David the manager was absolutely fantastic and his staff are a credit to him. Being a woman & not knowing a lot about cars, they were honest/ which goes a long way these days. Hence I will be back again at this garage begin/March for my car's M.O.T.

I turned up without an appointment - with a rapidly deflating tyre - and far from home. They quickly found time to fix my problem - two new tyres, wheel balancing, alignment, the lot all inside of an hour. Got to give them full marks for that.
Completely satisfied with service received since my first visit in Feb 2014, professionalism and courtesy of staff.

Very efficient from first phone call until the job was finished. After leaving my car I was contacted within half hour to let me know what was required, price etc. You have to pay whatever is needed to get the job done but the 20% voucher which I downloaded from the website was a great saving. Also an advisory note put in with receipt re the tyres which was appreciated.
