Very helpful and prepared to go the extra distance. One Sunday when it wasn't possible to get brake parts, my usual place was not prepared to take a look at the rattle from my brakes. National did this and their helpfulness was impressive. I have made this branch my regular place to go to. In the three times I have been back, the same excellent service was evident.

The branch was extremely professional in keeping me informed and completing the work on time in a very friendly manner.
Whilst the job was carried out quickly, it appeared that the branch was short staffed as the 2 staff on duty were very busy indeed. Not their fault, however could the impression that National are only interested in profit/turnover and not their staff.

Telephone call 11/11/14 - contacted the Dunfermline centre and Dale Sullivan gave information as requested and was very professional without pressure to buy. Appointment set and full quote for work given. When at the service centre Dale Sullivan again was efficient and on return to the centre to pick up the car after the tyres were fitted advised us appropriately re the wheel alighnment without any pressure to do the work but his advice and approach led to us arranging to get the work done the following day (which will be 12/11/14

My wife recommended I go to NTA and I would certainly recommend the fast and efficient service to others. The turnaround time for replacing a tyre was very quick and the fitter carried out an inspection of the other tyres which I found very helpful.

They only advised me on a few things they noticed might need attention to my car in the forseeable future - they did NOT try to get me to agree to works that were unnecessary ( like KwikFit ALWAYS do). Have bought tyres from the same National branch for many years and have always been satisfied with the service received.
I have visited the Dunfermline Branch twice this year, firstly to purchase 2 new tyres and secondly for 2 puncture repairs (one of which couldn't be repaired). On both occasions I found the staff very helpful and also the prices competative. I also found the Tyre Guarantee to be of value and I would recommend this.
