I was impressed by the professionalism of your fitter, Luke Stephens, at your Vauxhall Rd., Liverpool site. He was thorough and appeared very knowledgeable. He listened to me to understand my problems and my requirements and offered first class advice which I acted upon. I had my tracking adjusted and replaced my two front tyres. At my request Mr Stephens put my new tyres on the rear and my old rear tyres on the front driving wheels. Other garages I have visited in the past refuse to cycle the tyres. I do low mileage. Leaving the old tyres on the back could lead to danger of failure due to age not wear. I shall return to have the old ones replaced and my next MOT. I also bought the accidental damage guarantee.

I allways use National because the service is usualy good but on this occasion not so happy, booked an oil change in advance but after car on ramp told the oil I normaly have is out of stock so a wasted journey, and asked to by phoned when in stock, no call, so I phoned to make a new appointment and had the job done, a few days later I could see blue smoke and smell oil burning and upon checking dipstck level found the engine had been overfilled,I called back to day and had the oil drained and now seems OK. just hope no long lasting damage done. I still gave a ten as normaly pretty good and would still recomend friends
