I telephoned Ipswich (Woodbridge Road Branch) to enquire when it would be possible for my vehicle tracking to be checked. Jonathan (Manager) took my call, he was polite and helpful stating he could carry out check as soon as I could get to the branch. At branch I was not kept waiting and was informed by Jonathan that the tracking was only slightly out, providing me with enough information to make an informed choice. I proceeded with having the tracking adjusted. For the services the branch can offer, this is always my first port of call. I have never had a bad experience at this branch. Just had 2x Michelin energy saver tyres fitted by your Ipswich branch today. I cannot praise enough the staff from my initial phone call to the finish. When I arrived they remembered the phone call and tyre make needed, very friendly and chatty and above all professional. They were not aware that Institute of Advanced Motorists got a 17.5% discount but looked it and made a note for future customers. Well done!

Referring to my local branch visit experience. I switched from a competitor as i was not happy with some of the service experienced on safety grounds and was recommended National. I now regard National as my first choice as the service received was impeccable. Pricing found very reasonable, professionalism and knowledge first class from the manager and staff. I have now had all my van tyres changed over three visits and not pushed into anything that wasn't needed at the time. Advised at every visit on state of all tyres and how to get the most out of them before replacement. That is why i am a returning customer. Well done to the manager and staff as in my eyes they have it just right. Very speedy service as well. Extremely impressed with the service i have found at my branch and i very rarely give feedback as too busy . But this was warranted.

I ordered 2 tyres through Tyreshopper over the weekend and on contacting branch to arrange a fitting time I was advised by John that the order had just come through and tyres were anticipated for delivery Tuesday. I said I must have them fitted by Wednesday as I had booked on-line as I was going away. John said he would check availability and call me to confirm when they were in. As good as his word, John called me first thing Tuesday morning to say they had arrived and that I could have them fitted anytime today Tuesday as they had a full team and he was aware that I was going away. I went along just before midday and they were fitted straight away. Also they reset the tyre monitoring system on my BMW. I shall definitely go to this depot again.

Although I only went to the Ipswich branch to purchase 2 new tyres I was very impressed with the Engineers Dean Curtis and Jonathan Martin whe were very helpful and brought to my attention that my Brake pad and discs needed to be replaced. Good service, but prices are not the most competitive - although your special offers do make you a more attractive choice(which on this occaision was the reason for visiting you). Also, you are having to compete against the likes of Black Circles. Com who have you beaten on price and you can buy and book online - you are missing a trick here. Your market is very competitive, but you are not doing anything that is really very different from the rest of the 'herd'. Finally, presentation is everything these days, and your Ipswich premises does not entice you to come in - just a few yards up the road is a branch of HiQ which looks modern, clean and inviting - your branch by comparison looks dirty and ramshackle. If you had not been offering half price wheel alignment i would definitely have not chosen you. Sorry if this hurts to hear, but you did ask !
