These guys are so helpful. Went in when they where really busy and the manager organised everyone,s work schedule super quick and fixed my puncture. Then went in again when I realised my tyre was illegal and the manager gave me an excellent price and again fitted me in. They are all a nice happy chatty bunch and the manager is good at his job.

Had a puncture, put on the temporary wheel and raced to the branch and got there at 4.55pm and it closes at 5pm. The chap (Keith Hill) was extremely helpful and decided to replace the tyre for us there and then. It was way past closing when he finished but he did it with a smile and a cheery disposition. Unusual these days to receive such good service and couldn't let it go without letting your company know what a special employee you have.

When I phoned to book my car in we agreed I would arrive at 10am and the car would be looked at and fixed on the same day. But when I got there at 9.45 the 9am customer was late arriving and hadn't been started, and a fitter had been sent somewhere else for the day, so at 11am my car hadn't been looked at. They'd received lots of online bookings, one of which wasn't even on their computer. They said they wouldn't be able to fix my car that day, i was unhappy because the suspension was very noisy and i had to go to work in the week so wouldn't be available until the next weekend, and didn't want to drive it for a week unrepaired. Fortunately Keith Hill realised my situation and agreed he would fix the car the same day even if it meant staying late himself. The car was completed by 3pm.

Just had one tyre replaced this time. The staff were excellent and the manager Keith managed to fit me in on a busy Saturday morning. The chap doing the tyre fitting obviously took great care not to damage the wheel which was appreciated. only minor point is there was quite a lot of rubber lubricant left on the wheel rim which I did have to clean off when I got home. A quick wipe of the excess would have been better.

Having rung the depot to confirm they had the correct tyres in stock I drove to the depot. They were then unable to find the tyres for my vehicle hence the whole job took in excess of 2.5 hours to replace 2 tyres. When I got home I then noticed that one of the centre caps had not been replaced, and this had to be mailed to me.

I have been using National for a few years now. I called today at 9:00 for a tyre replacement and made an appointment for 10:00 and at 11:00 the job was completed. They also offered to help me load the wheelchair back into the car. Very pleased.

I've used the Worthing branch of National tyres for a number of years now and have always been very pleased with the whole operation. The staff are always very courteous and accommodating. Of particular note is Gary Crewe, the current manager of the Worthing Branch. He recently sorted out a battery problem with one of my cars and has organised the latest fitting of 4 new tyres and a wheel alignment to another of my vehicles. He is an extremely personable person and is a real asset to your operation. Thanks very much.

Arrived at the depot without a booking, was seen immediately by Gary Crewe who gave me good attention and a fast resolve of my problem.Within a very short time both he and the fitter completed the tyre replacement without issue and a little less than was quoted, It was only one tyre blowout but i left with a new tyre and the warm satisfaction of a professional, cheerful manner it which i was served, a rare thing these days. The team appeared to be very professional at fitting the tyres and were able to replace two tyres at short notice. The tyres had to be ordered in and while I received a phone call to say that they hadn't arrived when expected, I had to call back later to find that the tyres had been delivered. Waiting facilities for customers could be hugely improved.
