As the sole representative of the company, based at one of our partner dealerships, you’ll provide an efficient and effective customer service, safely inspecting, removing or replacing tyres and batteries. You will be personally responsible for all elements of our service, managing stock levels and liaising with members of the dealership’s team to provide their customers with the highest quality of service and workmanship. We’ll rely on you to promote our already excellent standards of customer care and safeguard our growing reputation.
In addition to your accomplished technical skills, gained in any relevant autocare environment, the ability to use your own initiative and fit in easily with the existing dealership team will be crucial. You must have an out-going personality and excellent customer care skills to impress upon the dealerships’ customers and staff alike our continued professionalism and dedication to quality and safety.
