Very prompt service. I had a phonecall within an hour of booking the tyre that a same day service was available as the tyre was in stock.

Good afternoon Just a quick note. I had visited the Kingston Branch earlier today and spoke to Paul Seal. His telephone manner was great, polite and courtious both with me and other clients I had overheard. Having arrived at the store, a similar polite and informed response was received from Paul. Gary Braisby progressed with the MOT. He was similarly polite and informing as to the matters with the car. The fact that the car passed the MOT was a bonus but both these members of staff were 100%. Please commend them on their performance. The only problem I had consequently was, I needed to email your office where a quick telephone call would have suited me and saved me q great deal of time. When I wist to speak to a mamnager, I would expect to be able to do so. Many thanks Ron M

Really easy to book dates and check availability. Good selection of tyres available although bit confused as on different days I looked on the website and each time there were different tyres available in the same sizes.
