    I left the car with the centre and agreed to pick up in an hours time. When I collected the car, I had to wait for about 10 minutes whilst the receptionist dealt with other paperwork and then had to do all the paperwork for my car. I would have hoped that everything would be ready for me to walk in to collect the car, especially as I was 30 minutes later than agreed
