I have been scared from using national firms like National due to firms like KwikFit. I am used to a small local independent. I have started using National through my wife and the customer services is the best bar-none. Usually see Steven Wray but Derek Mitchells attitude was brilliant.

Easy to use site, helpful staff at the call centre and local Halifax branch. Was pleased that i was able to book online and then phone the call centre to move my appointment to have my tyre fitted asap due to having a flat. As promised it was all taken care off and the local branch had the paperwork.
